We have our entire house carpet replaced by Jim's Flooring Depot. What a great place to purchase carpet. Their showroom is nothing flashing but the products were the same as a high end carpet shop looked at and the price was a lot better. The installer were great!!! A father and son team. They worked very efficiently and were extremely clean. The house was immaculate when they finish. We also got blinds and arched window blinds at the same time. What a different they make. Jim's was referred to us by a good friend and we are so glad we went with Jim's. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for caret. Thanks Jim. We will be calling you soon for the other blinds for the house.

Shopped around for new carpet after 12 years of having builder grade. Our experience in the showroom with Rocky was pleasant. He took his time and showed us different carpet samples. Our experience with Jim, the owner was also pleasant. He came out to our house, measured the area and gave us a quote. The installers Todd and David were AWESOME! They carpeted the whole upstairs including stairs and did such a meticulous job. They were professional, polite and very efficient. Their teamwork was super. They pulled up the old carpet and cleaned and prepped for the new carpet. This is more than what I can say for our lame builder Maronda who carpeted over dirt and other construction items. It was a true pleasure to deal with Todd and David as well as all the other people at Jim's Floor Depot.

Jim the owner came to our house to give us a quote on carpet/tile in one room in our house. We were not sure what we really wanted so Jim brought some sample of tile and carpet. Jim was very helpful and did our quote more than one way, to see what would be the best fit for our budget. They came out on time and did a great job. After looking for months at trying to find the right tile I stopped in Jim's Floor Depot. Mika was very helpful and took the time and explained a lot about the different tiles and categories. Mika also came out to measure my home once I decided on a specific tile. He explained the process and provided additional options regarding grout. RJ laid out a great design for my home and it looks amazing. Jim stopped by several times to check on the progress as well.

Back in April of this year! we had our shower pan removed and replaced with a tile floor which came out excellent. Additionally, we had our walk-in closet tiled (previously rug) and that too came out excellent. Tile man Arturo was diligent, cleaned up after each day and 3day job was completed in 2 1/2. No complaints, would recommend

Cold called the store asked if I could have carpet installed this week and that was on Tuesday and on Thursday my carpet is installed! After shopping for over a month and getting nearly a dozen quotes, including the big box stores, he managed to make selection a breeze and made us feel right at home. We experienced none of the stress, hassle and pressure that we did at other stores. Mica promptly measured our house, beat the competitions pricing, and had our carpet and laminate installed in under seven business days. A real top notch company. Jim's has done plantation shutters for 3 of our rooms. They also helped me rebuild verticals in our back room. Great team of guys and customer service. One room of plantation shutters is a few years old and still look brand new. Great products, high quality at reasonable prices.
